Reese & Braden ~ Arroyo Grande Baby/Toddler Photography

I can't believe that it's been 3-months since my last blog, especially since it means my daughter is going to be 3-months-old next week. You can expect to see a blog on our daughter sometime soon.

But we had a really fun shoot with the Johnson family, and I wanted to post a few of their pictures first. We've had the pleasure of working with Cami and Ben since before their wedding, taking their engagement photos up in Monterey. Additionally we've been photographing their daughter, Reese since she was two-weeks-old, and now she's almost two!


We would love to introduce Braden, the newest member of their family. Reese is so good with her little brother. She sings to him and gives him lots of hugs and kisses.

Isabella, Leland, Brody & Naya - Grover Beach Baby Photography

This past weekend Chris and I got to head back down to Grover Beach to photograph Naya (see our first post for her newborn photos) and 3 of her friends. These 4 little munchkins range from 3 1/2 months to nearly 8 months old, and they are all absolutely adorable!

Isabella is a little bundle of energy! She's the oldest of the crew and shows the little one's how it's done; exploring and laughing throughout the shoot.

Next up is Leland, who is just sweet as can be. He's an observer who enjoys sitting back and taking in all that's going on around him.

I cannot get over Brody's eyes, they are amazing blue gems! This little one loves tummy time, and will be sitting up and crawling around in no time at all.

I do have to mention the Fuzzi Bunz in the next picture. Our little one is due in 3 weeks, and we're planning on cloth diapering, so I was so excited to see Brody in his Fuzzi Bunz - they're easy on the baby's tushy, nice for the environment, and look great in photos! ;)

Precious little Naya. She's the perfect little model, ready to follow in her mommy's footsteps and grace the stage with her presence. She's always ready with a big smile and witty dialog (the actual words will come later).

Davene & Jamie ~ Monterey Maternity Shoot

It's been great having Davene and Jamie to share our pregnancy with. They are due one week before us, on our 6-year anniversary.

I can't believe that we're only a month and a half away. It seems like only yesterday we were talking about the disappearing bellies - there in the evening, gone in the morning. And now we've got little explorers dancing around, making their presence known.

Congratulations Davene and Jamie! I can't wait to meet and photograph your little one.

Madeleine ~ Monterey Baby Photography

Back in 2007 we got to film and photography Nora & John's whimsical wedding in Carmel Valley. It was such a joy when they introduced us to their little girl, Madeleine.

At just six-months old, Madeleine is one of the most focused babies ever, but she still has a very playful side.

San Francisco Circus Center - Performance Art Video & Photography

Since 2005 we've had the opportunity to film the Clown Conservatory's graduating class. The Clown Conservatory is a part of the San Francisco Circus Center. This past year the clowns and aerialists joined forces to present Pratfalls and Rising Stars.

Brooke & Mark - Ventura Family Photography

Brooke and Mark have been working non-stop on remodeling their new home in Ventura, CA. They were very happy to have an excuse to take their beagles, Sandy and Molly, for a stroll on the boardwalk.

Naya ~ Grover Beach Newborn Baby Photography

Welcome to Beem Video & Photography's first blog.

Back in February I had the pleasure of doing a maternity shoot with Karen and David. Their baby was born at 3:34 a.m. on April 1st, and this past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph their little girl.

Introducing Naya Ann.

Only 11 days old, and already accustomed to posing for the camera...the perfect model.

Following in her parents' footsteps, Naya is a die-hard Yankee's fan.

Congratulations Karen and David. Naya is such a beautiful baby!
